Experience
I have worked for the Upward Bound program, which tutored inner-city high school students in Rochester. I tutored primarily on writing and reading comprehension, with a little bit of math and SAT preparation. I have scored above a 1300 on the SAT and 159 on the LSAT and consider myself very familiar with timed standardized test preparation. I want to be a tutor because I genuinely enjoy teaching people and seeing the satisfaction one receives out of self improvement.
